The Concept

A refreshingly new experience of living and working in the Himalayas.

Holidays in India’s mountain towns are always amazing… Lovely heritage hotels and old cottages are charming but to think of working remotely from these places is not comfortable.  There’s plenty of options to stay away from the hordes of tourists that bus up to the mountains every season. But straying off the beaten track also usually means going relying on poor quality internet and patchy mobile data to remain connected.

For most professionals, finding a picturesque location to work remotely is much more than just decent internet and a rickety desk. Most of us also find ourselves missing some things we take for granted in our urban lives, hanging out at the local bar, a good espresso, and an occasional cinema treat.

We offer you the wonders of the Himalayas – its mountain ranges, endless pine forests, gushing rivers, little hamlets and bustling towns – for you to enjoy in luxury with world-class work spaces and tech that connects you seamlessly to your work. We have designed our living, recreational and work spaces for busy professionals and entrepreneurs looking for a long-stay and work option in beautiful, inspiring surroundings.

Location

We are located in a beautiful heritage village, Naggar – nestled at 5400 feet in the Himalayas. Naggar resides on the left bank of Manali – Kullu Highway.

This village was the capital of erstwhile Kullu state for about 1400 years. The historic Naggar Castle still dominates the town, with magnificent views of the valley. It is open for tourists to visit. Enjoy chai pakodas or the grilled trout or Himachali thali. Naggar has number of ancient temples, including the xth century Krishna Temple, with its serene and peaceful ambience and panoramic view.

Naggar is also home to the world renowned art gallery which houses the artwork of Nicholas Roerich. The Roerich estate has preserved the way of life of this adventurous and spiritual family, offers a glimpse into their day to day lives. The museum showcases the connections forged between Naggar and scientific, cultural, and spiritual centres across the world.

Naggar is about 20 Kms. Short of  Manali, making day trips to the historic temples, busy Mall Road, and bohemian Old Manali easy. It is about 72 kms from the famed Rohtang Pass, gateway to fabulous Ladakh and Lahaul-Spiti valleys.
